The GSD International Nursing Academy (GSD-INA) project was born from the collaboration and memorandum of understanding between the San Donato Hospital Group (GSD) and the IPERVITA Foundation. The collaboration focuses on creating training opportunities on topics of strategic importance for GSD, with international collaborations.
The “together for” method is based on sharing the commitment that allows you to expand your potential, increase results, project the project over time. The contribution of each one can therefore open new paths, consolidate the projects set up, stimulate evaluation and their monitoring. The main issues to be addressed during the project concern the issue of the cross-cultural management of foreign patients in Italy and the issue of leadership and global health management in an aging population.
